Player guide

How the beta actually works.

This is the plain-English walkthrough for new players: setup, stake, the daily run, missed-day penalties, and what changes after the season ends. You can still join mid-season while active play is open.

The 7 plus 3 season loop
01

The 7 plus 3 season loop

Every epoch is a seven-day active run followed by a three-day refresh window. Each Mom NFT is its own seat. During active days you play the reveal. During refresh days you trade, settle, claim, or revive compromised seats for the next run.

  • One season position per Mom NFT seat for the current epoch
  • Web play and phone wallet play hit the same live season
  • Play shows the exact setup gates for this beta before you try to stake
  • Refresh days block play, keep trading and revive open, and leave claims locked until close plus finalization

What happens in a daily match
02

What happens in a daily match

The revealed scenario tells you how Tommy is trying to date your mom today. You respond with exactly five counters. Each counter hits a lane, has cooldown, and can either stop Tommy cleanly or backfire.

  • Five counters required, no blanks
  • Resolver checks lane match, cooldown, and score modifiers
  • Bad choices can still push Tommy closer to a daily loss

How score and streak work
03

How score and streak work

Daily wins score based on difficulty, streak pressure, underdog status, and how cleanly you read the scenario. Clean runs and humiliation finishes matter. Daily losses wipe the day’s score and can collapse streak momentum.

  • Perfect reads and humiliation finishes boost payout position
  • Underdog stake sizes get a bonus lane in the scoring model
  • The same locked content pack powers preview and real play

What happens if you miss a day
04

What happens if you miss a day

Missed days do not just disappear. They must be settled before certain actions unlock again. Settlement can slash your stake, pay a keeper bounty, fund the prize pool, and burn part of the penalty.

  • You may need to settle before playing again
  • You may need to settle before claiming or unstaking
  • Compromised seats can later be revived during refresh, but the scar stays

How the season ends
05

How the season ends

After active play ends, the refresh window opens. When refresh ends, the season closes, the winner artifact gets published, and eligible seats can finally claim on the claim page.

  • Wait through refresh before epoch fully closes
  • Leaderboard stays read-only until winners are actually published
  • Roots have to be finalized on-chain before payout opens
  • Eligible seats claim once the proof is available on /claim

What you need before first match

  1. Use Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack in this browser, or open Play inside your wallet app on phone.
  2. Open Play and read the setup panel before you try to stake.
  3. Bring devnet SOL for fees unless that panel says this beta is helping with it.
  4. Bring a recognized Mom seat unless that panel says starter seats are live on-site.
  5. Bring test $hamburger unless that panel says token help is live on-site.
  6. Stake into the current season and wait for the revealed day before you submit.
  7. You do not need day one. If active play is still open, you can still join the current season.

Phone and season-end basics

  • Phone play happens inside a supported wallet app or wallet browser.
  • Preview and Play read the same live content rules.
  • Claims stay locked until active play and refresh both finish.
  • The leaderboard becomes final only after the season is closed.
  • Compromised seats can be revived during refresh, but the scar stays.
